Ownership or licensing of project deliverables, editable files, source files and third-party assets is determined by the project agreement and the relevant licences. There is no automatic transfer of rights merely by viewing the website or sending an enquiry.

Project schedules depend on the agreed scope, timely materials, feedback and approvals. Additional work or material scope changes should be agreed in writing, including any effect on price and timing.
